Bismillah, pen bekam Stainless Steel sangat sesuai dan amat mudah digunakan untuk therapy bekam berbanding kaedah tradisional menggunakan mata pisau atau teknik hirisan di permukaan kulit. Ianya bertujuan agar teknik pembekaman ini tidak tergelencos dari kaedah asal yang mana epidermis seharusnya dilukakan secara agak melebar bukan ditusuk mendalam. Oleh yang demikian, ahli therapist bekam sangat mengesyorkan pen auto klik ini yang disesuaikan dengan jarum lancet bersize 21G, mata jarum jenis ini agak melebar sedikit bagi membolehkan permukaan kulit dilukakan secara melebar seolah-olah sayatan mata pisau.

Jika suatu ketika dahulu, teknik dan kaedah sundutan atau sedutan bekam dilakukan dengan menggunakan tanduk binatang.
